Pebble Room 10

We ask for a one-off £10 starting up fee (Membership fee). This will give you access to block book your regular weekly time slots on the Pebble Room 10 Google Calendar and form (please speak to either Lisa or Julie to agree time slots available). You will have access to book the room from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week depending on availability.

A £10 deposit is required to secure the keys and will be refunded only when keys are handed back to Lisa or Julie.

The room hire is £6.00 per every confirmed hourly slot working one to one / two or more clients in the room £10 per every confirmed hourly slot. As this room is for block booking only, payment is required even if your client/s do not attend or cancel at the last minute. You are paying for the room time you have booked and for keeping your weekly slots free. Payments are made monthly.

Room hire includes 15 minutes before your first session and 15 minutes after your final session to set things up and tidy things away ready for the next Therapist. Use of all the equipment/furniture in Pebble Room, use of the waiting room, use of a big, shared storage cupboard with a filing cabinet, use of a printer (fee payable on use) and use of a small fridge along with tea and coffee facilities.

Optional £10 per month for Advertising and Marketing.

This entitles you to add your name and business name (if you have one), a short written profile and photo to the Broadstone Counselling website, Pebble Room page (www.broadstonecounselling.co.uk).  This will help to promote your business. You will also be featured on the 'Pebble and Harbourside Therapy Rooms in Broadstone' Facebook page which can include up to date posts/offers and will include details about your business if you so wish.
